2 Days Tsavo East & Tsavo West Itinerary : Mombasa Safaris

• Early morning pick-up from your hotel in Mombasa or Diani Beach at around 5:00 AM.
• Drive along the Mombasa–Nairobi Highway toward Tsavo East National Park, entering through Bachuma Gate.

Morning Game Drive

Enjoy your first safari game drive searching for:

• Red elephants
• Lions
• Giraffes
• Zebras
• Buffaloes
• Antelopes

Visit Famous Attractions

• Kanderi Swamp
• Vast open savannah plains
• Lunch at a safari lodge or luxury tented camp.
• After lunch, proceed with an en-route game drive toward Tsavo West National Park.
• 2:00 PM check-in at the lodge/luxury tented camp and relax.

Evening Game Drive

• 3:00 PM evening game drive with a visit to the rhino sanctuary in search of rhinos.
• 6:00 PM return to the lodge/luxury tented camp for dinner and overnight accommodation.

• 6:30 AM after breakfast, check out from the lodge and drive to Mzima Springs.
• Mzima Springs is an underground water source flowing from the Chyulu Hills and is home to crocodiles and families of hippos.

Enjoy Scenic Attractions

• Volcanic hills
• Shetani Lava Flow
• Acacia woodlands
• Enjoy wildlife viewing and photography before exiting Tsavo West National Park.
• Lunch en route.
• After lunch, drive back to:
  • Mombasa
  • Diani Beach
• Arrival in the evening around 5:00–7:00 PM.
